Workshare Professional is a popular tool for Document Comparison. MacroView Workshare Connector makes it easy to navigate SharePoint and retrieve files and file versions to be compared using Workshare Document Compare.
- Installs a SharePoint Connector in Workshare Professional.
- Displays the MacroView DMF tree-view to make it easy for the user to browse to documents in SharePoint. Selected documents are opened for comparison in Workshare Document Compare
- Prompts the user to select a version, if multiple versions of a document are available in SharePoint.
- Remembers most recently selected document – making it easy to select another version for comparison.
- Supports saving of Delta (comparison report) files to SharePoint – by default as PDFs.
- Requires MacroView DMF and Workshare Professional to be installed.
- Can be licensed separately – also part of MacroView DMF Professional Legal Pack.
